These are the details of how to order items from Steve Webb Models and Hobbies. Sorry, but we do not offer an automated on-line ordering facility on this website. We do have an OnLine Ordering facility at
ServoShop.co.uk
Through out the Steve Webb Models Web Site you will see links to ServoShop.co.uk if the item is available to buy On Line.
However, if you wish to pay for any items that we currently stock by Pay Pal, you can Contact Us with the details of the items you require and request a PayPal invoice. We try
to invoice Pay Pal requests within 24 hours where possible.
OR
We can also take orders via the telephone, fax, mail or E-mail. We accept all major credit cards and Switch and Solo debit cards.
Generally, We aim to dispatch orders the same day providing that the shop is open and that the order is placed before 3 PM. However, we cannot fully guarantee that orders placed will be dispatched the same day, it does depend on the volume of orders we have at the time of processing.
What to do:
Contact the shop and check the price and availability of the items you require. You will need to include the cost of postage, packaging and handling in the payment amount. These charges below are shown as a guide and you should
check your postal charges with the SWM shop at point of order or before you order.
Our Postal & Packing charges are based on the price of the goods you have purchased (inclusive of VAT) and if the delivery address is within the United Kingdom, Europe or elsewhere in the world. If for any reason they do vary from the examples below, the charge will always be shown at the checkout.
UK postal charges
The total Postal & Packing charge for UK deliveries, including any adjustments described below, will always be shown at the checkout stage of a purchase. It is also shown at the confirmation stage, and in the confirmation email sent to your email address. Please note if you choose to order off line, by phone or fax then the postal charges may vary and you will be advised of the postal charge verbally at point of order.
Our basic Postal and Package charges for delivery within the UK are:
- For a value of goods under £40 Postal & Packing charges are £1.95 to £7.95, it can vary, please check at the check out.
- For a value of goods of £40 or over but less than £175 Postal & Average Packing charges are £2.95 to £7.95,
- For a value of goods of £200 and over Postal & Packing is FREE for online orders
- For an order which contains only certain small items Postal & Packing charges are reduced to £1.95
- For an order which includes certain medium sized items Postal & Packing charges are increased to £2.95 to £7.95
- For an order which includes certain big items Postal & Packing charges are increased to £10.00.
- Certain heavy items have to be packed separately, to avoid damage to any other goods in the order, and will have an additional Postal & Packing charge of £6.50.
Europe postal charges

Delivery to European countries will be at Postal & Packing cost.

- For a value of goods of £125 or over then you will need to contact us befofe placing your order.
Postal & Packing charges for countries outside of Europe
PLEASE NOTE: Postal & Packing charges for countries outside of Europe (listed below) are APPROXIMATE values that may be subject to change after placing your order.
Delivery to countries outside of Europe will be at Postal & Packing cost.

- For a value of goods under £40 Postal & Packing charges are £8.95
- For a value of goods of £40 or over but less than £125 Postal & Packing charges are £12.95
- For a value of goods of £125 or over then you will need to contact us before placing your order.
- Please note that in the charge content of Post, Pack and Handling Charges for Overseas Orders there is a credit card checking fee of £4.00 included.

To order by telephone, ring 01928 735225 or 01928 735252. We will need to know: your name, address, contact telephone number, credit or debit card details, and the item which you wish to order.To order by fax, You can write a short letter/note listing your order, name, address and contact telephone number. When ordering by mail you have the additional choice of paying by cheque or postal order. If you pay by cheque, we will wait for the cheque to clear before we send the item to you.
To order by E-mail, please include your name, address, contact telephone number, card details and the items you wish to order.
To order via PayPal, Please Click here to request a PayPal invoice for the goods that you require. Please ensure that you provide us with your full payment details and the full details of the goods that you require. Please always ensure your email address is entered correctly as otherwise we will not be able to invoice by Pay Pal
PLEASE NOTE
When ordering, please give a description and full item name if possible.
If an item is out of stock, it does not mean that you can't get it. We can order the item from the distributor (allow 7 to 10 working days) and then have it delivered to you. If the supplier is out of stock, we will inform you of this. We tend not to charge credit cards until the day of dispatch. There may be circumstances where a deposit is taken by card, we will always inform you if we are charging your cards!
The prices on our site are subject to change without notice due to economic conditions. We do our best to keep the site up to date, but we can't be on top of it at all times.There may be price errors that creep into listings. You will always be informed of the price of goods/your order at point of dispatch. E & OE
Sorry but we cannot accept business cheques, and we cannot mail order fuel, spray paints or other explosive or flammable items. Also, we must speak with the card holder, and deliveries must be sent to the card holders address.
