JR XG11MV 11-Ch Tx w/TG2.4XP Module & RG731BX 7-Ch X-Bus Rx


Modular version of JR Propo's XG11 transmitter. The XG11MV features the same advanced programming functions of the XG11. The XG11MV can run virtually any transmission system using after-market modules, but some channels and features may be lost.

But when using JR's DSM2 or DMSS modules all 11 proportional channels can be used along with unique features such as 'model link bind', 'Intelligent output system' (IOS) and XBus. This means that when the DMSS module is fitted you have the same great features as the integrated XG11 but with the flexibility of the 11x zero, DSX11 & XG11 combined.

Old school pilots with 35Mhz equipment can also use this fantastic, highly flexible radio by fitting there current JR 35Mhz module and aerial on both PPM & SPCM modulation.

When JR started designing the XG11, the aim was to provide top pilots with what they needed in a radio. Numerous functional enhancements and user-friendly features ensured a radio suited to any pilot from beginner to expert. A new-generation, long-life Li-Fe battery is used, which contributes to a large reduction in transmitter weight. The charging control circuit is built into the transmitter. Using an automatic safety system, “Model Link Bind,” the receiver will not operate if the correct model has not been selected in the transmitter before flight.

Dual Modulation Spectrum System (DMSS) 2.4GHz protocol offers a secure radio link that combines DSSS and FHSS capabilities into a wideband transmission system and includes high-speed response and high resistance against RF noise. One benefit of DMSS is the JR® Intelligent Output System (IOS), which automatically selects control signals that need to be transmitted at exactly the same time and delivers the data as one complete signal frame. IOS ensures there is no time delay when commanding servos used for critical functions, such as a CCPM swashplate on a helicopter, or when operating a wing control surface with multiple servos.

Another feature of DMSS is its bi-directional communication that supplies telemetry information. Receiver voltage telemetry is built in as standard in every DMSS receiver, and add-on sensors will give you real time feedback of information from your model, such as the RPM of an aircraft propeller or helicopter rotor blades, temperature and variometer/altimeter readings.

The XG11 transmitter has a number of exciting new features, such as the Balance function, which equalizes individual servo travel on multi-servo control surfaces. With five adjustable points, servos can be matched not only at the centre but across the entire throw of the surface. The XG11 also boasts three programmable stick position switches for mixing and an expanded Dual Rate/Expo menu that allows for up to six additional rate switches. The Trim Input function can allocate trim levers to change numerical values of various functions (such as program mix values) during flight. Also, the revolutionary JR Touch Select function is incorporated, which enables automatic switch selection for programmed functions with just the simple movement of the switch you want to use. No matter what kind of aeroplane, helicopter or glider you fly, the XG11 is designed to enhance your control and deliver an evolutionary level of precision that is genuine JR.

RG731BX Specs

  • With DMSS, cross modulation is restricted. This high sensitivity receiver is not easily affected by inter-modulation interference.
  • DMSS telemetry system is capable of feeding back information such as receiver battery voltage.

The all new X-Bus system uses JR's own serial bus data instead of PWM (Pulse Wide Modulation) to communicate with X Bus products such as servos. Control signals are sent in a serial manner to all channels, with individual servos recognising their own data from receiver.

Non X-Bus servos can still be used in conjunction with a channel decoder in serial connection, or plugged directly to the PWM ports of the receiver (avoiding the X-Bus port).

Never plug any non X-Bus device into the X-Bus system as a failure is sure to occur. On large models, JR's optional X-Bus power hub allows servos to receive a separate power supply.

JR's new X-Bus receiver is also able to be plugged directly into compatible helicopter FBL units, allowing a single connection between the receiver and FBL unit.

RG731BX has 7 ports for PWM and 1 XBUS port.
